Dino Sighting!

Hello there everyone.
It's a brand new day, it's already hot (9:30 and it's 21C), but I'm ready for something big.....


This new block I've put together, is 24x24" (60x60cm). It's the 'centre' piece for a boy's quilt. My friends little boy is getting this as a surprise. I guess on it's own it could make a fantastic child's room wall hanging too. The corners will each get another dino as I go along.



 Here are 2 of the ideas for layouts that I'm working on. The one on the right has the 4 extra corners for the dinos that can be added as we'll.





Is there anyone who has made blocks using the QADesigns patterns? Anyone, anyone at all?
My Flickr group is really in need of some new photos. Please help out! This poor Group will surely dry up and pine away for want of love and attention. We're doing a world wide call for any, ANY, - no seriously ANY photos of your blocks or completed quilts to join in on the fun..........

    Whoa! That's awesome! So many pieces. :)

    I dont do much paper piecing so I cant say I have anything to show. Maybe some testers would be willing to try it out and post for you?
