WIP Wednesday

I've been doing a little of what I love most - designing new patterns...

Here are 2 new patterns I've been working on in between sewing up my triangles.



This is the 'mini-excavator'

This block measures 12" (30cm) and is part of the Transport Collection I'm working on. So far we have 8 blocks altogether.


slowly but surely I'll get all of them done....




This little cutie also measures 12" (30cm) and was just screaming to get out and meet you all.
Meet "Cute Rabbits".

This is not part of the Garden Theme but is soooo damn cute it could be if you so decided.




Both blocks are in my Craftsy Shop.







Now it's back to my Triangles - I never would have thought that 'random' could be so difficult for me....

I keep thinking that 'this one is too close to that one, and this colour clashes with the one next to it, or the patterns make my eyes feel like I'm watching tennis'. My quilt top is half way now, so I'm hoping for Friday, but I've also remembered I have to make my next block for my Art Quilt......

    The bunnies in love are great! I would add a heart above them to update for valentine's maybe?I have never tried paper piecing, these are so adorable.

    My wee man just got very excited when he saw your digger pattern. Growing up in Christchurch (where there are diggers everywhere for the rebuild after the earthquakes) he may or may not be a bit obsessed.
