This block is called Arrowhead Flake
This is a really easy block for any beginner to try and it makes such a cute addition to the Theme. These small blocks can be used individually to make pot-holders etc for the kitchen. I was making my daughter a pink pointed star for a mug rug on her desk. Very chick.
I think the nice thing with these little blocks is that they don't take a long time to make or finish and they can easily be made using scraps of fabric lying around. I usually hate throwing the little pieces of fabric away and these blocks are just the thing to get the un-usable all used up.
