Today's pattern is - a Present - 6" (16.5 cm) and is on the Intermediate level.

Remember - just because it says Intermediate does not mean its too hard. I was also a beginner once and the only way I improved was by taking on more intermediate patterns. Paper piecing is always the same no matter what the level. Your block will all fit together one piece at a time.

Your advice to try intermediate patterns is good. The patterns go together one piece at a time. It's no more difficult in that regard. What you do need to do in the more complex patterns is to have a fabric key to keep track of which fabric goes where. With a key it's so much easier. Love your patterns Janeen.

Being new to this computer and downloading stuff, imagine my surprise to realize I wasn't really downloading the patterns when I thought I was! It took me to day 11 to figure it all out
