Hello everyone!A while ago Camelot Fabrics contacted me and asked if they could make the Baby Giraffe pattern in their fabrics for some show they were attending. They sent me the photo to show everyone too...
These are the Safari Dream Collection fabrics by Teresa Chan.
If you go and look, you'll see my cute little Giraffe also sitting there...
Very sweet!
Camelot also sent me a few small scraps to try and make a block or two.
I decided to make the Cheetah, but the pieces are too small to really get anywhere with them.
So far only the ear and the background are Camelot fabrics and the rest are out of my own scrap pile.
The rest of the background will have to be in a different colour fabric, I've only got the tiny-est piece left.
Could make it interesting...
Hoping it will be finished over the weekend.

The colourful scraps I'm thinking would be better for birds or flowers...
