October '18 Block of the Month

Hello there everyone!

We had a !!FANTASTIC!! wedding over the weekend, so I will gather all the photos we have so far and I will show you all on Wednesday's blog. Thanks for every prayer, good wish and thought you guys sent our way. I really appreciate every one of them. The photo shows my daughter - Heather and her new husband Rutz Marx. So beautiful!!

Today we're moving onto the next Block of the Month bird - and this time it's a Kingfisher.

These cuties are so small and bright coloured. The turquoise of their feathers is so vivid.

The pattern as usual measures 16" (42cm) and is on the Intermediate level.

My good friend Joan Wintersgill from Texas sewed up the block for us. It's so gorgeous!! Thanks so much for all your help. I really appreciate it!

You can download your FREE block for the month of October 2018

I hope you all have loads of fun with it!!

I've started a QA Designs Group  on Facebook where you are welcome to join and add any of your finished blocks made with the QADesigns patterns. I really love to see them all.
