Hot Summer

At last, At last ...... I've finished with my Abstract Nature Block.

This is the 'Hot Summer Sun' block. It measures 12" x 16" (30cm x 40cm). This block has only 3 sections and everything is sewn is straight lines. It's really very easy.

For this block I cut 2" strips of different reds, oranges, greens, yellows and browns. It didn't take much of each colour.

This is the finished block of Hot Summer Sun.
The size on this is larger than the others.

I'm thinking along the lines of a quilted wall hanging and then sew on a few small beads for embellishment.
Still thinking......
