Monotone Portrait is now finished. The art quilt is 16x22"
Now I need to quilt the background and a little on her hair and face. I'm planning to give this pattern away as a "give away". I will be hosting the give away on 7 March. More on that later.
Here are some photos that I promised to take when I finished. I'm thinking of adding a black border as well.
This pattern will be available in my Craftsy shop as soon as our give away has ended.
A little close up of the eyes show that it really turned out well.
Tomorrow is the start of the large art quilt of "Girl with long hair in the wind" and I'm so excited to get going!
The BOM for "in the garden" and "half square triangle" are also ready to go on 1 March. I hope you are all just as eager to get these patterns started.

Wow - when I leaned back in my chair, she looks like a photo, she is that life like. Wonderful piece!

I ❤❤❤ it! Oh yes ~ I'm really excited to start tomorrow!
Haha! At first glance I thought the tiles were a border...! Anyway, she looks great.
