Today is "Freedom Day" here in SA.
Monday as a holiday - I could get used to that!!
Friday is 1 May - "Workers Day" and also a public holiday - 2 in one week.
Great if you had to go to work - but for those of us working from home, its just another day to get cracking....
This week I have so many blocks to finish - so I'll be quick and get back to my sewing machine...
So far Ive managed to finish this....
This little guy has been peeping out from amongst the trees.
Isn't he just soooo sweet!
The other thing I'd like to show you all is the Lake design that fits onto the bottom of the Forest.
You can decide if you are going to join us in July for this one or not....
It will also be over a 12 week period and work the same as the Forest QAL.
There are a few kinks I still need to work on, but this is the main idea so far...

Yes, definitely would do the lake portion! I've caught up to week 8 on the forest and just posted a pic to my blog. Loving the QAL so far!!
Ohhhh do like the lake, mind you still need to do week 8, been a bit side tracked doing what was meant to be a quick project ahhahaahahah, enjoy your public holidays :)
