Days of Christmas 2018

Hello everyone!
Starting today I have something 'different' for our 12 days of Christmas.

I struggled to come up with something I could make as a 'bundle' of patterns. It seemed that my mind was in some kind of 'stall' and I had no good ideas.

I looked through our past years of 12 days -

In 2013 we made the actual 12 Days of Christmas song blocks...

In 2014 we made small 6" blocks with various Christmas items...

2015 we made Christmas Penguins. So cute!

In 2016 the Gingerbread Village was a collaboration between myself and Marian from Seams to be Sew.

This is just the village. There are also cute Gingerbread men to applique onto the village that Marian made.

In 2017 there were Toys a plenty...

**************************************

So this year (our 6th year already) I've (finally) decided to make blocks that would show the
"Twas the night before Christmas" poem by C Moore.

The giveaway will run from 3 to 13 December (without the week-end) and there are 9 blocks all together.
Each day I will give one block away and will be free for 24 hours from the time I press the publish button on my blog. I will make sure that it is the same each day (at 09H30).
Im in South Africa - which is 6 hours ahead of New York - so work out your time zone from that and download your pattern on time. Please don't share the pattern. Let each person go and fetch their own block. Thanks.
Afterwards it will be for a small fee - which pays bills on my side - not a tropical vacation with my feet up....

DAY 1:

"Twas the night before Christmas, and all thru the house..."

The block measures 14" (36cm) and is on the Intermediate level.

You can download your block in my Craftsy Shop......<<<<<<

I hope you will enjoy the 9 blocks and have a ton of fun with me for the next two weeks.

*********************************

I've started a QA Designs Group  on Facebook where you are welcome to join and add any of your finished blocks made with the QADesigns patterns. I really love to see them all.

(when you open the shop.... click on the right side 'sort by tab' and press NEWEST.... then everything will show up)
