March BOM - Paris

 Hello! Bonjour!

Today we are back on our travels and are now visiting France.
We've stopped at Paris and are visiting the Arc de Triomphe with the Eiffel Tower in the background.

So pretty with all the lights...

Joan Wintersgill from Texas helped me with this block and it turned out FANTASTIC!!!

Once all the pieces have been laid out and sorted, you need to write your colour choice onto the piece. It really helps to do the planning and make a colour key for yourself.

If you feel the seams are too bulky, then you can press them open.

This is our finished block for March - "Paris Lights"
The sandstone colour of the Arch really pics up the light and the glow, so you can make yours just as you like. I love the little Eiffel Tower all dressed up in lights too.

Thanks Joan, this is totally amazing!

******************************

The block is FREE for March and is available in my Craftsy shop.

I hope you have fun with your block!

The BOM information is in the button to the right of the blog where you can also find the BOM buttons if you would like to spread the word.
Thanks

cool block! I was up in L'Arc de triumph once, but too scared to go up into the eiffel tower....I've been to paris several times as a kid and once as a young adult with my mom (that's when we went up) but I still lived in DK, now that I'm in the US I don't think I would never go back :(

Such a cool block! I'm going to Paris for the first time this summer so I may have to make this in preparation.
